The support offered by a prestigious Mexican brand like CEMEX, providing high-performance cement for the construction of Tower 1, offers greater security to those looking to invest in a project built to endure over time.

For the structural component, we have Predecon, led by engineer Enrique Escalante, a company with over 30 years of experience in prefabrication and participation in emblematic projects such as the Museo del Mundo Maya, BBVA Montejo, Torre Banamex, the Parque de La Plancha, and national works like Louis Vuitton in Mexico City and the Beto Ávila Stadium in Quintana Roo.

 

Their technology and processes allow us to implement an ideal strategy for a beachfront development: the use of prefabricated elements reduces the impact of the corrosion typical of the coast. By being manufactured in a plant—where humidity, salinity, and climate are controlled—greater precision and durability are achieved in columns, beams, and slabs.

 

This system also reduces the number of personnel required for direct on-site maneuvers. In addition to optimizing resources like water and sand, the lower density of on-site labor decreases the environmental impact in the zone.
