Sopa de Lima cocina yucateca

1 chicken or 2 breasts cut in large pieces
10 cups water
2 sprigs orégano
2 cloves garlic
1 onion cut in quarters
Salt and pepper to taste
2 peeled chopped tomatoes
1 chopped roasted red pepper

1 chopped onion
3 sliced limes
6 tortillas cut in pieces, fried in 2 tbs. corn oil, and drained on paper towel

Fry the soup ingredients and then add the chicken and the water to the same pot. Top with chopped onion, lime, and fried tortilla.
