Welcome to this special edition of Yucatán Today, devoted to the region surrounding the Sierrita de Ticul (Ticul hills), also known as the Puuc region! Throughout this issue you’ll discover several aspects of what the southwest region of our state has to offer, including, of course, the Puuc route (that is, a string of deeply ornate Maya archaeological sites), but also one of Yucatán’s brand new Magical Towns:Tekax.
