Ellas Programan Film Showcase

On March 12, 14, and 15, head to the Cineteca at Teatro Armando Manzanero to enjoy Ellas Programan, a film showcase created by women in collaboration with the Instituto Mexicano de Cinematografía.
Over three days, the program will feature fiction, documentary, and animation exploring themes such as identity, love, memory, and life in different communities across México.
The series begins on March 12 at 7 pm with Niño de mis ojos, directed by Guadalupe Sánchez, followed at 7:11 pm by ¿Más vale maña que fuerza?, by María del Carmen Lara.
On March 14 at 7 pm, the program continues with Titixe, directed by Tania Hernández Velasco, and at 8 pm Casa Chica, by Lau Charles.
The showcase concludes on March 15 with Muxes: Auténticas, intrépidas, buscadoras de peligro, by Alejandra Islas at 5 pm, followed by El Gigante, directed by Bárbara Matta at 6:43 pm.
