From December 5 to 7, the Churumbela Children’s Film Festival returns for its ninth edition, bringing stories, imagination, and plenty of films for young audiences. This year, the festival will be held across different areas of Mérida and nearby municipalities, with screenings and activities at Parque La Plancha, Cines Siglo XXI, UNAY, Gran Museo del Mundo Maya, Centro Cultural del Sur, and many other venues.
You’ll find national and international films outdoors, along with creative experiences, workshops, and family-friendly activities—all completely free.
