The main activity in Xkopek is the so-called bee tour.

At the beginning, you will have to descend more than 40 steps to visit a rejoyada or dry cenote, where they explain how a cenote is formed and its cultural importance, they will also tell you about the fruit trees of the region and you will see bees of the lemon, European, sak xik and xnu species in their natural habitat.

At the end, you visit their meliponario, where melipona bees and other species are cultivated. Afterwards, you will be taken to their store for a tasting of products from the hive, such as melipona or tahonal honey, propolis, pollen and a drink sweetened with European bee honey.
