On September 9 at 8 pm, don’t miss the opening of “Teep’: Sheets from the Center of the Maya World. The Expanded Room” at Museo de la Ciudad de Mérida.
This scenic and textile installation by Elena Martínez Bolio unfolds as a living clothesline of memory and resistance, where embroidery becomes language, the domestic becomes public, and the body activates a space of encounter between history, community, and territory.
The exhibition will be on view through October 28. Free admission.
