Mérida: Origin and Memory
Share
Don’t miss the new videomapping “Mérida: Origin and Memory”, a visual experience projected onto the façade of La Peni at Parque de la Paz. Created by artist Luis Ramírez, the piece draws inspiration from Ichcaanzihó to tell the story of a city in constant transformation through images and music in the Maya language.
The projection weaves together open land, everyday life, and collective memory, turning the building into a living canvas.
The projections last approximately 25 minutes and run Thursday through Sunday starting January 29, with showtimes at 8, 8:30, 9, and 9:30 pm, weather permitting.
Free admission and suitable for the whole family. Don't miss it!
