Don’t miss Legado y Raíz (Legacy and Roots), the City Museum of Mérida’s new temporary exhibition, presented in collaboration with Universidad Modelo and Universidad Iberoamericana in México City.
The exhibition explores the dialogue between memory, nature, and myth through fashion design, bringing Yucatecan artisan techniques into conversation with contemporary fashion. The result is a reinterpretation of cultural heritage as a living language that connects past and present.
The exhibition is on view at Gallery One, on the museum’s ground floor, Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm. Admission is free.
