On October 25, Bar Xcalachén becomes the stage for El Culto de los Amantes (The Lovers’ Cult), an evening devoted to erotic poetry. More than a reading, it’s a sensory experience that celebrates words, sensuality, and artistic transgression in an intimate and daring night—offering a fresh and necessary perspective on adult artistic expression.
El Culto de los Amantes aims to keep alternative art spaces alive and promote poetry with mature themes. The event will feature poetry exclusively in English, with performances by Iss Crisxa, CD López, Fer Borges, Frida Chan, and Elizabeth Cetina.
