300 grs sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Caramel: Mix the sugar with 180 ml. water and a few drops of lime juice until diluted and it forms a dark caramel. Immediately pour a small amount in the bottom of one or more flan recipients.
Flan: place the eggs, milks, and vanilla in a blender and mix for 3 minutes and empty into the molds previously bathed with caramel. Place in water in a pan and bake, covered, 45 minutes. Cool at room temperature and then chill.
