Another event not to miss is the Feria de Reyes, in Tizimín. Between December 28 and January 16, visit the church, talk to the locals, and be part of this colorful celebration, full of music and food. On page 36, Goretty will tell you more about its tradition.

While you’re in Tizimín, stop by the cenote Santa Cruz. You’ll be surprised by its crystal-clear water and its depth: over 60 meters (200 ft)! It’s 2 km away from the city center. Make sure not to miss it.
