There are flavors that stay with you because they delight your senses, and that happens with every hand-cut steak, fall-off-the-bone rack of ribs, and with the fresh-baked bread that is offered to you as a welcome. Three Years of Flavor
Three years ago, the first Latin American branch of the franchise opened in Mérida, number 599 in the world. Ever since, public acceptance has been outstanding, with regular customers who visit often to enjoy the extensive menu, the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the warm service, but above all, the unparalleled flavor.
If meat is your thing, you’ll find what you’re looking for in one of their high-quality, legendary steaks, prepared in different sizes by the professionals at Texas Roadhouse. Side dishes are plentiful and have great variety, from classic Caesar salad (my favorite) and crispy, golden French fries, to creamy mashed potatoes made in-house daily. The dressings are prepared with local ingredients and complete the finishing touches, as everything is made on the spot.
The menu also includes tasty soups, a variety of fresh salads, exquisite dishes made with salmon, shrimp, or chicken; and, of course, unparalleled burgers made with house-ground beef and legendary Texas flavor. There is also a children’s menu, so that the little ones can also enjoy the food at Texas Roadhouse.
To accompany your meal and refresh yourself during some of the hottest months of the year, try the flavored lemonades or their legendary margaritas, from the original classic to the sangria prepared to order. Be careful, they’re addictive. Try them, you won’t regret it!
For early diners, you can enjoy the Early Dine special, Sunday to Friday from 5 pm to 8 pm. There are seven dishes with two sides each at a special price of $199 pesos (dine-in service only).
Taking Care of Yourself and Your Family
Health and safety measures are now in place to help protect their guests and staff. The tables are well-separated and have acrylic dividers; cleaning protocols are followed, and the restaurant operates at 50% occupancy according to what is established by the authorities. The dining room is open from 1 pm to 9 pm, but it’s important that you make a reservation to ensure your table (Reservations at (999) 416 8887 or (999) 418 7940). In addition, there’s also a private room that you can set aside for a group gathering.
Drive-Thru, Pick-Up, or Home Delivery
Order one of their special packages through their Drive-Thru service; or call ahead and Pick Up your order when it’s ready (they guarantee that you will receive it at the ideal temperature!). You can also enjoy their Home Delivery service in nearby areas (check out delivery areas on their website).
