La Pigua Restaurante
Takes you by the hand on a journey of sea flavors. Get on board with a shrimp soup, go from windward to leeward with an Xcatic chile stuffed with dogfish, change course with seafood in “escabeche” or go adrift with squid in “huitlacoche” sauce. One of the house specialties is the champagne shrimps, served with roasted pineapple and a touch of parsley. Amazing!
