Born and -still being- raised in Mérida, Yucatán. I’m in love with my city, my state, and my country, especially its culture, which you can find even in the weirdest and most unexpected places.
I studied Communications, with my focus on print media, unfortunately I didn’t pursue that after graduating, instead I followed another passion of mine, teaching English, for a couple of years. Currently I’m the Editorial Assistant here at Yucatán Today.
I like lots of things and among my favorite activities are reading, writing, and making music playlists for parties. But if I have to tell you about my main hobbies, they are: talking a lot, dancing, and singing out of tune.
