Welcome to our first edition of 2022! How are those resolutions coming along? Do you know what your next destination in Yucatán is going to be?
The best things in life are constantly changing, and that includes ourselves. The issue you’re reading is the first number of Yucatán Today’s 34th year. That’s 34 years of a magazine born from the effort of two people truly in love with this beautiful land. Thirty-four years of a magazine that’s always looking to perfect itself, always looking for its latest issue to be the best of its 34-year run.
That’s why we’re celebrating our 34th anniversary with a resolution of our own: to continue being the perfect companion throughout your adventures in the state. Celebrations include new sections, including looks at the south of the state, more comprehensive hacienda, cenote and cave listings, and everything you need to truly experience some of the endless adventures that are possible here. It doesn’t matter how much you’ve already done, I can guarantee there’s still more to discover.
See, the best things in life are constantly changing! The same is true for the many beauties Yucatán offers: you may have seen them a thousand times, but you’ll always find a new angle, a new adventure, a new anecdote that will make it different.
Don’t worry if it’s February already, or June, for that matter; it’s always a good time to decide: what are your resolutions? Where would you like to finally go? What’s a place you want to go back to? It doesn’t matter, we’re happy to join you!
