The work of art is an experience. Susan Sontag

In Mérida it’s possible to live experiences of all sorts, whether cultural, gastronomical, natural, or adventurous, as well as architectonic and artistic. If it’s art we’re discussing, we can note this city has become a place where artists and creators converge and share their talent and imagination through their paintings, engravings, sculptures, photography, and more.

Take the time to get to know the different galleries in town and live a true art experience.
