On your way to Mérida, visit the Hacienda Santa Cruz and spend the day at the pool and seeing the lush gardens with a day pass, you can also check out the spa treatments. Afterwards, back in Mérida have dinner at one of the city’s favorite restaurants, Oliva.
In the morning discover the cenotes of Homún. There’s a variety of these natural pools that guarantee a good time, whether you’re adventurous or not. Later at night enjoy the atmosphere, Mexican food, and mixology at Catrín.
Spend your Saturday seeing Mérida’s Centro. Have breakfast at Hotel Mansión Mérida and begin your holiday shopping at lovely stores such as Coqui Coqui, Kukul Boutik and Ábito. Wrap up your afternoon with a walk down Paseo de Montejo while taking a look at the lights and holiday decorations.
Have a very Yucatecan Sunday in Progreso. Stroll the Malecón Tradicional and the Malecón Internacional and enjoy the beach. When you get hungry, have lunch at Almadía. Then head back to Mérida and get ready to go back home. See you soon!
