Mexico's Centennial and Bicentennial

The year 2010 marks two significant milestones in Mexico's history: Sep. 16 is the bicentennial of our independence from Spain, and Nov. 20 is the centennial of our revolution (in 1910, Francisco Madero planned a revolt against the dictator Porfirio Díaz, who had been ruling México with an iron hand for 34 years. Díaz resigned in 1911, and Madero was elected president.) Needless to say, the Mexican government has many special activities planned. One of the loveliest tributes to our history is a series of videos on each of our 32 states. Here is the magnificently done 3 minute video on Yucatán:
