Refreshing traditional Mexican beverage. It forms part of the traditional "fresh water" drinks, also prepared from Jamaica flowers, tamarind, and other tropical fruits.

Horchata:
1 cup of raw rice
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of water
Sugar to taste
1 stick of cinnamon
1 liter of water

Soak the rice for an hour in the evaporated milk and the cup of water. When soft, strain it and liquefy it in a blender with the sugar, liter of water, and cinnamon stick.
