Easter Sunday falls on April 8, 2012, which means there will be many interesting religious events to see. The week before and after Easter Sunday are busy times for national tourists. The week prior to Easter Sunday is known as Semana Santa (Holy Week) and the week after Easter Sunday is known as Semana Pascua (Easter Week).
