bus travel from Cancun to Merida/Progreso

Hello,

We are arriving in Cancun from Canada at 1:30 PM on January 18th, and would like to take a bus to Merida area, specifically to Progreso, where we are renting a condo. Do you know how long the UNO bus takes to get to Merida, and whether it stops in Progreso first? If it does not, how long does the ADO GL bus take to make the trip, and does it stop in Progreso?
