i purchased a beachfront property for
$ 45,000.00. i set up the corporation
etc, etc. now i am told that the closing costs are $ 3,500.00 USD. is
this possible? i would also appreciate if you could tell me the
cost for paying property taxes and
annual shareholders meeting. by this
i mean the cost for the lawyers service to do this.
