You indicate that lots larger than 2,000 square-meters may be held in a fidiecomiso, rather than a corporation, but there are several requirements that need to be satisfied such as having an invest plan.
What is an "invest plan," and are there any requirements that obligate owners of these larger lots to build homes of a certain peso value?
