Property taxes are generally very low. The catastro for your area can give you your annual tax bill. Also your notario should have the figure as well.

Your accountant can help you with your share holders meetings. If you have a FOMC you SHOULD have a certifeid accountant to keep you in good graces with the treausry dept.
