Hi Terry,

The current fee for a fideicomiso is running from $30,000.00-mxp to $50,000.00-mxp depending on the appraised value of the property.

Usually, your notario will need around $13,000.00-mxp to order the permit for the fideicomiso and the balance will be due at closing.

If there is already an existing fideicomiso, you can usually assume the rights to the fidei and have it transfered into your name. The transfer fee will run you around $4000.00-mxp
