After making the deal it does not stop there, how about with his lovely wife Julie taking us around to furnish our new home then transporting the furnishing in. There are a lot of legal things that need to be taken care of as well: FM3,accounting, utilities, do's and don'ts. All could not be done without a guiding hand. Now having Julie look after managing it for us and Glen doing further updates like a beautiful Mayan back yard and a magnificent Palapa on the patio roof top, and this was done months after we bought it.
