Like any career move, it really depends on your profession and experience. Our local daily newspaper (Diario de Yucatan) has a Classifieds section with new jobs posted every day. And you could do a search for companies in your area of interest and contact them directly. Perhaps you should plan a preliminary visit to see what you can get lined up.
