I own a home on the beach in Telchac Puerto. I am looking for a live in caretaker who would rent the house for $400 a month. I in turn would pay this person to make and over see repairs and upkeep to the house and oversee payment of annual homeowners Insurance and Mexican trust renewal. The person must be able to speak & write in English, own a computer (to write me) and call me monthly. The house is 2 bedrooms, one American style bathroom w/ shower, full kitchen, dining and living room, enclosed garage, carport, washer, hot water.
