To all of those who have posted questions about working in Yucatan: Please bear in mind that foreigners cannot be employed in, or work, in Mexico without either forming their own company (thereby being self-employed; but this involves lots of paperwork and many fees and taxes) or having a Mexican employer obtain a work permit for you (not so easy to get). Obviously the reason is not to take work away from qualified Mexican citizens.
