Merida buses to Progresso, & Cancun

Hello.
We are staying in Merida 3 days. We wish to go to Progresso and Celustun.
Can we use a credit card to buy buses or mini vans to these places? How much are the buses. We wish to save money and will take 2nd class and mini-vans/collectivos. How much are they to these places?
Our return trip to Cancun: Can we use a cc to buy a ADO bus or 2nd class bus? Can we do that at the statiion?
