Finaly we have a direct bus (without stops) from cancun to chiquila.

This bus leaves from chiquila to cancun everyday at 6:30pm (you need to catch the 6pm ferry)

From cancun to chiquila it leaves at 14:20h

I hope this helps to get to holbox
