The tolls shown are one way for the whole car, regardless of number of passengers. However, you won't pay the whole 355 pesos, as that is from Cancun all the way to Merida. You will pay the two sections Cancun to Valladolid (225 pesos) and Valladolid to Chichen Itza (55 pesos).
