Technotel Beach has 24 studio rooms, with green areas, lounge chairs, pools, etc. An ideal place to relax, and enjoy weeks at the beach without the need to rent a house and the comfort of having hotel services.
The hotel offers 68 comfortable rooms for business travelers, groups, or families that are looking for tranquility, comfort, and good service. All the rooms have 2 double beds (additional beds not accepted), SKY Cable TV, minisplit air conditioning, kitchenette with fridge and microwave, balcony with sea view, and housekeeping service.
Services: Private parking, 2 pools for kids and adults, showers, hammocks and lounge chairs, pool towels, barbecue area (Charcoal not provided), safety boxes, cafeteria and restaurant, green areas, games for kids, wireless Internet, and continental breakfast included (cookies and coffee).
Location: Technotel Beach is at Km 25.5 Progreso-Telchac Highway, in San Benito, 45 min. from Mérida, 20 min. from Progreso and a few minutes from the archaeological site of Xcambo.

I have viewed the hotels site and find that there is no English translation. I can't find what the rates are because of that.

Harry and I were there in Feb 2011, we were the hotel's only customers at the time, timed it right, I hate crowds. Were treated to a clean, beautiful room on the 2nd floor of ocean facing building, they all are something to behold! Ours had a lovely balcony, kitchen with fridge, coffee pot and a microwave. We had food service that night which the fish was fabulous and the cook belongs in a Cordon Bleu affair! All the staff was wonderful and fun and we will return the spring of 2012. Keep up the good work!
