Maya Palms Resort is a dive resort located on the Caribbean Sea directly opposite Chinchorro Banks, which lies about 18 miles offshore. We are Situated on the Costa Maya, Mexico's southern Yucatan coast, about 150 miles south of Cozumel and 30 miles north of the Belize border, between the tiny fishing villages of Mahahual and Xcalak.

The 1.5 million acre Sian Ka'an biosphere (home to 350 species of birds, 800 species of plants, and 100 species of mammals) lies between the resort and the tourist areas scattered along the northern Yucatan beach between Cancun and Tulum.

Maya Palms Resort is a diving oasis. We offer comfortable and modern rooms and amenities. Rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning, Fans, Bathrooms, Beds and Showers. Rooms are available with a garden or a beach view. We have an indoor restaurant as well as a covered outdoor Palapa bar where our staff will bring you delicious drinks and freshly prepared local cuisine. The freshwater pool is refreshing after a day of diving and is available at any time for our guests. Our garden sports many native plants including an impressive collection of orchids and many local fruits. From our rooftop lounges you can watch the sun rise over the ocean and set over an unbroken expanse of endless jungle.
