The correct phone number is (988) 916-2561. The first number is an answering machine somewhere in Celestún.

If not, you should be able to hire a taxi from the hotel door. The latest info that we have indicates that it should cost approx. 600 pesos each way. There is also a bus service provided by the Noreste bus line. Departs almost every hour from 5 am to 8 pm. Cost is 47 pesos.
