Macan Ché in the magical town of Izamal, is the perfect home base for exploring the region's many archaeological sites, refreshing cenotes, and local culture. The tranquility among the cool, lush, gardens is also a perfect place for relaxation and contemplation. The bungalows at Macan ché are charming and private. Scattered about the property, each cottage has ample space within the tropical gardens and many of the bungalows have individual porches. Decorated in unique themes including Mayan, Asian, Colonial, and Safari, the rooms are rich in color and personality. Here at Macan ché, we do our best to inspire you not to leave. MACANCHE

I Started visiting IZAMAL in 1975. MACANCHE has been there almost as long. That area is the friendliest in Mexico. The food is great. I expect Cochinita is still the breakfast to start the day. Macanche was always a beautiful place. Staying a few days gets you a chance to visit the local, authentic, MAYA people. Mis saludos a mis amigos in IZAMAL. STEVE BANYAI
