Terrace Restaurant at Hotel Indigo

Dining at a hacienda is always a pleasant experience. The regal surroundings always add a special touch to the meal. The Golden Bean at Hacienda Indigo Misne, in Merida, is where you will find a unique blending of the modern contrasting with a 19th century hacienda.

Breakfast dishes include Motul style eggs (huevos Motuleños), tropical fruit plates, bagels,
omelettes and chilaquiles. Prices vary from $40 to $60 pesos for your main dish, plus, coffees, teas and juices.

The lunch and dinner menu
offers Yucatecan and international fare. Try a soothing Yucatecan lime soup or rich Mexican Aztec soup. For something light, we suggest a panini or a pizzeta.

The tall ceilings and stained glass windows and doors are original. At The Golden Bean, you will find breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
